“Have you ever built a High Fidelity Power Amplifier or an Oscilloscope? I have. Becoming a master of the melting, flexing and gluing powers of solder certainly helped me start building my own electronics. It taught me patience and to be precise, resulting in the deep satisfaction of working with my hands. It liberated me from the daily trials and tribulations of life. Building the Eico kits was reasonably quick and easy. Most of all it gave me bragging rights of having built something myself and to this day my home is filled with these same items. My admiration for all things Eico continues to this day.”
